General guidelines to parents

All the parents are requested to drop their children at 7.50a.m. and pick them up at 1p.m. from the school. This will help the children to accustomed to the school routine as in the initial stage the child takes time to adjust. Kindly note, the child mustcome to school on time.
Student must come to school properly dressed. The children must bring a napkin to school everyday, to inculcate healthy eating habits.
Children should not bring any valuable while coming to the school as it affects safety and security of the child.
All children are expected to wear their identity cards with their name, address, telephine no. everyday.
All the belongings of the child, the tiffin box, school bag, diary, books, copies should be clearly and legibly named.
Parents are requested not to enter classrooms to see their children or teachers during school hours.
Parents are required to inform the school if there is any change in their address or telephone numbers.
Parents are expected to co-operate with school and teachers by enforcing regularity, taking keen interest in their child's progress and encouraging them to participate in school activities. They should regularly check and sign the diary, which a child must bring to school everyday.
For security hazards, parents are advised not to pick up their child before the school is over for the day. In case of un-avoidable circumstances, prior permission of the principal must be obtained and parents must come personally to pick up the child. No unknown person will be entertained.
Parents should encourage the child to converse in english and talk in small sentences. The best speaker will be adjudged every week in the morning assembly.
Please do not send your ward if he/she is suffering from contagious disease like cold, cough, viral fever, chicken pox, measles etc.
Student suffering from the above must observe the prescribed period of quarantine before returning to the class and with a fitness certificate from the doctor.

School timing

School hours - 8a.m. to 1p.m.
The children will report to school latest by 7.50 a.m.

Office hours

The office is open from 9a.m. to 12 noon
Parents can meet the class teacher on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month with prior appointment
School will remain closed for children on all Saturdays
School office will remain closed on second saturday of every month

Parent-Teacher meeting

Regular Parent teacher meeting form an important link in reviewing the performance of the children. It helps parents and teachers to understand the child better so that the required atmosphere can be provided for their healthy growth. The school therefore, prodeds an opportunity for parents to meet the class teachers at regular intervals.

Books and Stationery

A set of exercise notebooks and stationery is provided by the school for the entire year. Textbooks are available in the school book shop.

School Uniform

Summer:
Boys: Green shorts, white shirt (half sleeves) with school monogram, bottle green socks, black shoes, belt and identity card
Girls: White shirt (half sleeves) with school monogram, bottle green tunics, bottle green socks, black shoes, belt and identity card

Winter:
Boys: Bottle Green blazer/jacket with school monogram, bottle green plain knitted full sleeves sweater with V-shaped neck, grey woollen trousers, white shirt (full sleeves) with school monogram, grey wolllen socks, black shoes, tie, belt and identity card
Girls: Grey woollen tunics and rest same as boys

Uniform Shop: The school uniform is available in the uniform shop from Monday to Friday between 9.00a.m. to 12 noon

Transport Services

Transport facility is available to various points in South Delhi, wherein the safety and security of children commuting to and from school is taken care of. It is compulsory for students to avail the transport facility on routes where the buses are plying. The school doesn't allow the use of private vans on the bus routes.

Fee Payment Schedule

The school accepts fees on quaterly basis as per the schedule given below:

Quarter 1: April, May, June - payable by 20th April
Quarter 2: July, August, September - payable by 20th July
Quarter 3: October, November, December - payable by 20th October
Quarter 4: January, February, March - payable by 20th January

A late payment fee will be charges after the 20th of the first month of each quarter.
