- All the parents are requested to drop their children at 7.50 a.m. and pick them up at 1pm. from the school. This will help the children to become accustomed to the school routine as in the initial stage the child takes time to adjust. Kindly note, the child must come to school on time.
- Students must come to school properly dressed. The children must bring a napkin to school everyday, to inculcate healthy eating habits.
- Children should not bring any valuables while coming to the school as it affects the safety and security of the child.
- All children are expected to wear their identity cards with their name, address, telephone no. everyday.
- All the belongings of the child, the tiffin box, school bag, diary, books, copies should be clearly and legibly named.
- Parents are requested not to enter classrooms to see their children or teachers during school hours.
- Parents are required to inform the school if there is any change in their address or telephone numbers.
- Parents are expected to cooperate with school and teachers by enforcing regularity, taking keen interest in their child's progress and encouraging them to participate in school activities. They should regularly check and sign the diary, which a child must bring to school everyday.
- For security hazards, parents are advised not to pick up their child before the school is over for the day. In case of unavoidable circumstances, prior permission of the principal must be obtained and parents must come personally to pick up the child. No unknown person will be entertained.
- Parents should encourage the child to converse in English and talk in small sentences. The best speaker will be judged every week in the morning assembly.
- Please do not send your ward if he/she is suffering from contagious disease like cold, cough, viral fever, chicken pox, measles etc.
- Students suffering from the above must observe the prescribed period of quarantine before returning to the class and with a fitness certificate from the doctor.
