Student Withdrawal Form

Note for Parent/Guardian

• A month's notice is to be given before the withdrawal of the pupil or in lieu a month's fee will be charged.
• If the withdrawal notice has not been given, the pupil will be considered absent and fees will be charged for all those months for which the student's name is entered in the register.
• No School Leaving Certificate will be given until all dues to the School have been paid in full.
• Security deposit should be claimed within one year of the date of leaving the school, failing which it will be forfeited.
